If things aren't working correctly, you may need to re-install the RealPlayer. It won't be hard to do.

You can get the corrrect player for your system here.

After you've installed the RealPlayer, it might not work automatically the first time --

Internet Explorer users:
If you get a message that the browser doesn't know how to handle the type of file you have selected, you'll be given two choices: to save the file to your disk or to configure a Helper Application.

Choose to configure the Helper Application.

Then the choices will be:
cancel
Save file as ...
Plugin
Application

Choose Application.

Now the RealPlayer may open on its own. If not, you'll need to use the Browse button to find the RealPlayer application on your hard drive. First locate the Real Player folder. The RealPlayer application is usually inside the folder called RealPlayer Files that's inside the RealPlayer folder. Choose the RealPlayer application.

After the RealPlayer has opened and played a clip once, it will work automatically from then on.

Netscape users:
The first time you try to play a clip in Netscape 6, a window will open, giving you the choice to open the file with another application or to save it to disk.

Select the first option (open with another application) and use the Browse button to look through your hard drive and find the RealPlayer application. First locate the Real Player folder.
